There is some confusion. because cash sales never be interstate sales. when u r selling the goods at your counter and receiving cash on the spot it should be treated as LOCAL SALES. but when u r saying that your customers are requesting for name %26amp; full address on invoices than in that conditon you can book the same under interstate sales in the name of said party and make a separate entry for cash receiving (u cant show as cash sales). But also there is a point for interstate sales U have to produce a proof of despatch made to your customer;s address. !

Also wait for some other valueable suggestions from yahoo members !

if outside delhi and you are invoicing withoutside address then book also sale for central|||Generally you will consider the sale as booked where the merchandise is being delivered to. In the US, if we are stationed in Texas and sell to New York, we consider the sale a New York sale. So in your case, it would be outside of Delhi, or central.
